I signed up for the Divemaster course even though I had no previous experience with Divers. It turned out to be one of the best decisions I could have made. The whole organisation was extremely professional and better than expected. Because I had completed previous courses abroad, it was a pleasant change for me to see that this was not about quickly issuing a card or a commercial approach, but about a genuine effort to train professional divers from the participants. I can definitely recommend the course.

After successfully completing the Divemaster course, I went on to instructor training. The approach was once again maximally professional, demanding and honest. It was a lot of work, but the result was worth it. Thanks to Adam for the guidance and the approach that truly has value.

The course led by the experienced Adam was great. Nothing was a problem, lots of practical information and the necessary theory too, we went into the exams superbly prepared and handled them with ease, I can recommend it!

At the weekend, I successfully completed the Diver Stress & Rescue course. Top-class instructors guided us through the course and nothing was given to us for free. If you think it will be a #relaxed dive, you soon find out it’s not. Thanks to the great scenarios which, of course, were kept secret from us, you get to enjoy an indescribable adventure underwater and above it too, because you never know what may happen on the next dive. The course taught me to think differently both above and below water. So thanks for the great experiences and see you on the next courses :D Jarda T.

Once again I would like to thank Radek for Friday's Refresh. It was great. We practised everything that was needed and nobody drowned. 🙂 All three of us enjoyed it and I will be able to enjoy diving in Cambodia even more calmly. And I hope we meet at your place again sometime.

Many thanks for the great Freediving course. The course was led by instructor Lars (definitely an inspiring person for me), who explained everything willingly and also pointed us in the right direction for how to continue progressing and improving. I really enjoyed the course and learned a lot. For me, Divers Direct is a great diving school and everyone I came into contact with was absolutely professional as well as kind and helpful, I look forward to more diving together and once again many thanks.

After a few “private” snorkelling lessons (I’ve been some kind of water creature since I was little), today was my first experience with a tank and wetsuit 😉 My nephew Filip and I were “looked after” by Renda… It’s impossible to describe in words, it has to be experienced, but… Awesome, mega, hyper, super, top and 15 stars out of 10 😉 Whoever tries it will not regret it and Filip and I are already thinking about the OWD course. A community of very nice people. I completed the basic diving course with them and I am planning to continue with further training, and in fact I would not go to anyone else now. The best bunch in the world. They always help and advise with choosing equipment. They have facilities in Aquapalace, where you can start diving or go with them on many great Events abroad. My friends and I completed the OWD course without any previous diving experience. From the very first moment, the course was conducted in a very friendly spirit. I would never have expected diving to be something I would enjoy. At first it seemed terrifying to me, going 8 m down sounded mad, but I got there. Thanks to the excellent instruction I managed to get to such a depth, and they even taught me what to do when I mess something up (e.g. breathing in a little water when deep underwater), which happened to me a few times. It was fun and I would probably do it again sometime in the future

Thanks to everyone who helped us complete the OWD course, especially Adél and Zdeněk for their teaching, professional advice and schedule flexibility. No question was left unanswered. Diving in Čestlice in the late hours of the night and finishing at the quarry in Germany. And if you think that means you’ve got rid of us, I have bad news: we are already planning further revenge events with you. P.S. the promised quarry temperature in September really was not 20 degrees, even though the weather was ordered, in the end it was manageable even at 4 degrees. Keep it up.

We already liked the communication with Ms Adéla when booking the date (and later changing it). The event itself was a great experience. Right from arrival, there was a friendly gentleman with whom we checked in. Then instructor Zdeněk was excellent – the sons (17 years old) were diving for the first time – he explained everything, showed them, tried it with them – he devoted maximum attention to them. The boys enjoyed it, and thanks to the windows into the quarry I enjoyed it too, because I could see the whole dive. So we were very satisfied!

After a lot of persuasion I finally managed to persuade my girlfriend to try scuba diving; we headed to Čestlice, where they have an 8 m quarry, where an experienced instructor, PEPÍNO, took care of us. On dry land he explained everything to us, had patience even with clumsy types like us. Underwater he won’t let you make a single mistake and keeps asking whether everything is okay. It was a truly unforgettable experience for us, which we can recommend to absolutely everyone, and we are already looking forward to more new underwater experiences with Divers Direct. P.S. This evening something unbelievable happened: after many long years I finally plucked up the courage to jump into the choppy pool in diving gear under the supervision of an experienced, lovely soul with a heart for the underwater world. Thank you, Zdeněk, it was an unforgettable experience and thank you very much for your time, which you devoted to me above and below the sea surface in Aquapalace. I take my hat off to everyone who has been touched by diving.

Diving training with pro Zdeněk Hadaš is wonderfully relaxed, there is much more time than in courses to explain everything in detail and, above all, to properly try things out and practise. Every experience can come in handy underwater. I’m already looking forward to the next one … I don’t mind driving over 100 km to training and carrying my own kit, the experience is worth it; the more so because then I will be able to enjoy dives in open water even more – so I definitely recommend it

I spent a week on a boat in Oman. Adéla and Adam took great care of us, handling every situation or problem that arose with ease. It was clear there was a huge effort to make everything run as smoothly as possible so that we could all enjoy it together as much as possible. A great diving school, shop and club in one. I was with Divers Direct on SSI courses, where you can really learn something and the instructors do not rush you (it is not just about the card) and are truly experienced. Weekend diving with the club at Czech quarries is also great, the organisers can think up a dive (and a buddy) for everyone according to preferences and skills, so it is never boring.
