Freediving
The purple “Try freediving” boxes or the light purple “Basic freediving” boxes. Choose the exact programme stated on the voucher.

02 / From voucher to booking date
Four steps.
And then you can look forward to it.
Open reservationsThe reservation takes place in our booking system. You enter the voucher code there only.
Log in.
Log in to your account in the booking system. If you do not have one yet, register and enter your name, email and telephone number. The system also offers registration via Google or Facebook.
Choose your experience.
Choose the corresponding programme and date according to the name on the voucher. Available places are shown in the calendar. For a full scuba diving course, first arrange the schedule with the school.
Enter the voucher code.
Enter the code in the “Voucher” field. Add anything we need to know in “Notes”. Check the details and click “Confirm reservation”.
Wait for confirmation.
After submitting, you will receive an email with the reservation details. Within two working days, we will confirm and approve your reservation. In the confirmation email you will find the meeting place, time, what to bring and preparation instructions.
03 / The day of your dive
From the door
all the way to your first dive.
First time at Aquapalace? Come with us. Věrka will show you the way from the main entrance to the diving pit.

First to the shop.
Enter Aquapalace through the main entrance and head right to the Divers shop. Here you will fill in the pre-dive questionnaire.
Arrive 15 minutes early, according to the instructions in the email.

Up to the Pit.
From the shop, head towards the tills. Continue upstairs by the stairs or the lift, then along the corridor to the diving pit doors.
You do not need to buy an aquapark ticket for the dive.

Unlock.
The doors are usually locked. Use the code from the confirmation email to open the key box. Unlock the doors with the key and lock them again behind you after passing through.

Now you’re one of us.
As soon as you are through the doors, take off your outdoor shoes and socks. At the pit, the instructor will meet you and guide you through the next steps.
We’ll help you with everything on site.

Get ready in peace.
Is the instructor still in the water? Choose a table and change into your swimwear in the black changing tents. You can get to the toilets via the stairs in the direction marked EXIT.
Then all that remains is your first breath beneath the surface.

These instructions are for arriving for a try dive session at Aquapalace Praha in Čestlice. Always check the time and instructions for your booking in the confirmation email. Other Aquapark attractions are not part of the dive.
